GYMS
- Abode318 features two gyms, both fully equipped with commercial quality treadmills, elliptical trainers, spin bikes, rowing machines, dumbbells up to 30kg, Smith Machines, chin-up and dip stations, pec decks, lat-pull downs, leg-work stations, medicine balls and more.
- The gym on Level 9 is available for all residents whilst the gym on Level 55 is exclusive for residents living above Level 35.
- House members have access to both gyms, since we live on Level 49.
- Both gyms are accessible from 5am till midnight.
